"I love my state farm agent and his office staff. Let me start by saying I called with a conundrum. I was driving up from Florida and was informed at the last minute that I could not receive the keys to my new apartment without proof of renters insurance. Let me say this was not the last minute throw in that I got from the leasing office staff while trying to move from Florida up north. While driving across Georgia I picked up the phone and found the nearest State Farm agent closest to the area where I was going to be living. Ed was amazing. Scratch that Ed is amazing. However, Ed handled everything from my renters insurance to switching me over to car insurance and bundling them. Ed also helped me get lower insurance rates based on my my driving. (You we'll have to call him and ask him how you do that.) Suffice to say for 2 years I have had renters and car insurance from this agent and Ed, and all the office staff are not only super helpful but are pleasant, informative and upbeat EVERY time I call. A testament to how great of an office Mr elsner runs, the office is literally three blocks from my house yet I have only physically been in the office one time. Ed and the office staff take care of everything I need over the phone or over the internet leaving me no reason to get my chunky bum up off the couch! If you need hassle-free Insurances and Financial Life Planning just make a call.. tell Ed I sent ya."
